We want you to love your Reveil Eye Massager. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-day return policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible, your device must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to return

1. Email us at hello@reveil.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear depending on your bank.

Exchanges

At this time we offer one product, so exchanges are not applicable. If your device is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
